Acurast Token Events: Get set for the Launch
The Acurast Association is excited to announce the upcoming launch of the Acurast Token Events. This launch marks a major milestone for the Acurast project, which has been in development for several months by our dedicated team of blockchain experts.
The Acurast Token is the native token that will be used to power the Acurast Marketplace, a decentralized marketplace that brings Data Consumers and Data Transmitters together. The marketplace will allow users to bring off-chain data and computation on-chain without the need for intermediaries.
The launch of the Acurast Token will be accompanied by a series of events for the community. These events will be an opportunity for the Acurast community to become part of Acurast, learn more about the project, meet the team behind it, and ask any questions they may have.

1. Community Token Event
To support the launch of the Acurast Protocol, the Acurast Association is planning to create a token event for the Acurast community. This event aims to thank the Acurast community for its help and allocate Acurast tokens to loyal supporters.
2. Liquidity Bootstrapping Event
Acurast will bootstrap liquidity by leveraging the innovative approach of the liquidity bootstrapping event. This yields the needed deep decentralized liquidity.
3. Airdrops & Crowdloan
Early community contributors like Data Transmitters will be rewarded for their commitment and effort. The Acurast community can also help Acurast earn the right to host a Parachain by participating in the Acurast crowdloan and be rewarded.
